You might be wondering why Postcards from Jordan is the name of this endeavour. When my partner and I were long-distance, we would send postcards across the world to keep us connected. After a few years of long-distance, we now live in the same city (whoo)!
Whether it was a funny photo or a beautiful landscape, there’s something about a postcard that catches your eye. When I was thinking of names for this project, I decided Postcards from Jordan because I wanted to capture those little moments, the ones that would be perfect to put on a postcard.
I started my photography journey over 6 years ago, but I didn’t always do weddings. My career started in fashion and sports photography, covering everything from Paris Fashion Week to Formula 1 races! Working in these spaces curated my attention to detail and ability to be ready for whatever life can throw at me (from Chanel heels to race cars).
My head will be on a swivel and cameras at the ready to capture everything from a relative’s tears, the final touch-up before going down the aisle, or your last kiss before sending you off at the end of the night.
Based between London and the US East Coast, I specialize in wedding and engagement photography that celebrates both grand moments and intimate details. Whether you’re planning a countryside wedding in the English countryside, a town hall celebration in London, or a wedding in the mountains of north Georgia, I bring a documentary approach with an artistic eye. If you are a couple looking for a US or UK wedding photographer, I promise I have you covered.
My goal is simple: create photographs that transport you back to exactly how your wedding day felt, every single time you look at them.
In a professional context it often happens that private or corporate clients corder a publication to be made and presented. Think of a news blog that’s filled with content hourly.
Every moment is special, so let’s capture moments so beautiful they belong on the front of a postcard.
